Cast iron plat

The overall structure of the cast iron platform is basically box type and ribbed type. The working surface is rectangular, square or circular. The material is HT200-300. According to the precision processing, there are two types: fine planing and scraping. The flat platform working surface It can process V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, dovetail grooves, round holes, long holes, etc. It is a flat reference measuring tool used for workpiece and equipment inspection, marking, assembly, welding, assembly and riveting.

Platform material

The material is high-strength cast iron HT200-250 and the working surface hardness is HB160-210. After two treatments (artificial annealing 600·----700· and natural aging 2---3 years), the product has stable accuracy and good wear resistance.

The accuracy of cast iron flat platform: It is implemented in accordance with the national standard metrology verification regulations, and is divided into four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
